Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact hanchengmaiche@hotmail.com promptly after delivery with your order number and clear photos if an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where required.
Change-of-mind returns
Before sending any item back, contact us for return authorization and instructions. Items submitted for a change-of-mind return must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags where applicable, and in resalable condition. Eligibility, return window and any return-shipping responsibility will be confirmed before authorization.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise cannot be resold may not qualify for a voluntary return, subject to applicable consumer law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or card processing times may vary. Original shipping charges and return shipping are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
